For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, you grant Minto Communities USA and its affiliates (collectively, “Minto”) and anyone authorized by Minto the irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free and perpetual right to publish, edit, display, and otherwise use the content in your posts made to a Minto/Latitude Margaritaville Facebook group, including any photographs (collectively, the “Content”) on Minto’s social media pages without restriction. You represent and warrant that (i) you have full right and authority to grant the rights above, including permission from anyone depicted in the Content, and (ii) Minto’s use of the Content will not violate the rights of any third party. You agree to release and indemnify Minto from any liability for damages, claims or other losses relating to use of the Content.
