PASSPORT CARD TRANSITION
The Passport Access Card Transition Program is now complete. Reservations can still be made using the LMDBHOA website.
New Passport Access Cards are now $15 a person, and will only be distributed to registered residents of the community.
To be a registered resident you must be listed on the Property Deed, or have a government issued ID (this includes a marriage license), with a Latitude Margaritaville Daytona Beach address. Up to three (3) ownership interests are permitted per lot. Other occupants will be classified as guests.
You will be able to pay with a credit card when you book your appointment.
Cash payments will not be accepted.
Simply follow the instructions:
Step 1: Reserve a timeslot.
Step 2: You will receive an email confirmation once your timeslot is confirmed.
Step 3: Please arrive five minutes early to fill out any required forms.

We ask that you please book your appointment one week in advance.

You may book separate appointments for your household if needed. Residents within your household that cannot attend with you, must login using their community website username and password.

Residents will receive an email confirmation email once their appointment has been scheduled.

Three residents max per household are allowed per each appointment. Additional resident in the household may log and book an additional appointment

Please bring your Government issued ID, your current fob, and your Passport Card.

Only registered Latitude at Daytona Beach residents will be permitted Passport Access Cards. No additional cards will be issued.

During the transition, Passport Access Cards will cost $12 per resident, and will include a Margaritaville lanyard with a clear vinyl sleeve. After transition, all Passport Access Cards will cost $15 each.

Phase 7: Beginning October 24th
Phase 6: Early November
Phase 5: Late November
Phase 4: Mid December

Makeup Appointments: Late February

You may make an appointment for your renter on the community website. They must bring a copy
of their lease, a Government issued ID, and a utility bill under their name.

The Association will accommodate residents who cannot attend during their allotted time at the end
of the transition. Residents will be notified for makeup days via email.
