In his previous role Steve served as a multi-property, resort General Manager leading properties in Boston, MA and Daytona Beach, FL, offering unique guest experiences. He is an authentic leader that builds long term relationships with his team and is a trusted mentor. Steve is an accomplished and action-oriented hospitality executive, with a proven track record of success. In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time near the water, physical fitness, travel, and music.
Graham began his career in Food, Beverage, and Hospitality in 1994. While bartending was his favorite trade, he has worked and led operations in country clubs, restaurants, and nightclubs. In 2016, he was the Director of Beverage at the First Commercial Casino in New York State. There he operated a variety of restaurants and entertainment lounges.
He entered the world of Association Management with FirstService Residential in 2020 and became a Licensed Community Association Manager. He came to Latitude Margaritaville to assist with Mardi Gras and instantly fell in love with the community and lifestyle.
Graham enjoys teaching chess to his son, poker, photography, catching a St. Louis Cardinals’ game, creative writing, and a healthy serving of scotch.
Brett Wilson is an Army Veteran that has experience in residential and commercial construction, risk management, project management and security services for the film and television industry. He is a client advocate whose versatile skill set allows him to significantly impact the community needs at Latitude at Daytona Beach. In addition to a successful career as a business professional, Brett is a proud husband and father who loves to play golf.
Jeff Appleford joined the Latitude Team as our Community Appearance Coordinator. Jeff works with the community landscape maintenance partners to ensure that weekly landscape services are maintained at the highest standard. Jeff works closely with Minto construction and our landscape partners to ensure that all new homes and common area landscape tracts are transitioned to the Homeowners Association in acceptable condition. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Turf Sciences from Anthem Collage and has a long tenure working in the Landscape and Pest Control industry.
A Long Island, New York native, Ed launched his career at the age of 17 as a volunteer at his local YMCA. Originally hired as a front desk attendant, he soon took on many roles – including Director of the YMCA’s Summer Camp Program, and became a Director after only two years – all while attending college full-time college and working part-time for the Disney Store.
Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Recreation from St. Joseph's College in Patchogue, New York and an Associate of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Suffolk Community College in Long Island, New York.
After college graduation, Ed moved to Florida to join Disney Cruise Line. Ed offers more than 25 years of experience in the recreation and leisure industry. His expertise – in both the public and private sectors – includes almost a decade of experience in creating active-adult lifestyle programming.
Highlights of Ed’s career include developing educational training sessions for the Florida Parks & Recreation Association, training new hires in Disney Cruise Line’s Children's Programming Department, and writing a blog for Resort and Recreation magazine.
Ed's goal is to work in a dynamic and rewarding people-oriented atmosphere, where his enthusiasm and energetic personality, as well as his education and experience, are valued and where he can contribute to the community he serves. Originally from Wisconsin, Chelsea moved to Florida in 2016 to escape the harsh winters and embrace her love for the beach. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Recreation Management and joins our team with a variety of professional experiences in country clubs, resorts, and cruise lines.
Summer’s fitness journey began with a life-changing decision. Tired of being unhappy with her body weight, she committed to a successful workout routine that eventually caused her to lose 80Ibs.
Since then, she is happier, more confident, and has developed a passion to help others do the same. She understands those experiencing weight problems and pursued a career in the fitness industry to help others accomplish their fitness goals and feel their best.
With over 10 years of experience in kitchen management, Chef Nikki has a strong culinary background with experience in casual dining, baking, catering, concept creation, and upscale dining. During her free time, she enjoys gardening, traveling, reading, and fitness. We are excited to have her as part of our team!
